Executive Summary during Design (Excel)

The design phase is a critical stage in which the project’s vision begins to take physical form through coordinated planning, architecture, and consultant input. During this phase, the design team works to define the site layout, unit mix, building massing, and architectural language while integrating structural, civil, landscape, and MEP systems to ensure the design is both code-compliant and buildable. 

The Executive Summary is to describe the current status of Design, and how that translates into metrics, permitting and risks. There is a "color status" dot next to KPI's and Status that you can change to match how close to the target or close to complete the item is.
