Stabilization Plan Template (Excel)

The leasing and stabilization phase, sometimes called “Butts in Seats” is a critical and often high-pressure period for developers, as the property transitions from 0% occupancy to at least 90–95% leased, an industry benchmark for financial stabilization. 

The plan aligns the leasing, development, and asset teams around a shared timeline and financial strategy, enabling buy-in and accountability.
